This learning series consists of six courses to provide participants with the essentials of customer service. The six courses are divided into two certificate programs. The first certificate focuses on the basics of customer service. The second certificate focuses on supervisory and management skills to ensure delivery of excellent customer service. The certificate program is all online, asynchronous, allowing participants to fit the coursework around their schedules.



Participants will learn the skills and confidence to deliver and/or manage outstanding customer service. 



2 certificates | 6 Courses @ 16 hours each course |4 hours per week



Completion of each course will earn participants 1 digital badge per course. Successful completion of all three courses in each certificate program will also results in awarding of certificates.


Certificate in Essentials of Customer Service Excellence

Students will learn the elements of excellent customer service. Your participation in these courses will help you to gain skills and confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and keep customers coming back.

Certificate in Essentials of Customer Service Excellence for Supervisors & Managers

3 Courses*

This course series is designed for supervisors and managers, and those seeking to be promoted into supervisory positions. The certificate will focus on establishing a culture of customer service excellence, managing for service excellence, and managing for customer loyalty.

  • Course 1: A Culture of Service Excellence
  • Course 2: Managing for Service Excellence
  • Course 3: Managing for Loyalty
